About this Policy

SolveItIndia is an early-stage professional-services platform operated by Synckraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We help individuals, startups, MSMEs and businesses obtain professional support through our website, dashboard, forms, communications and service partners. Some services require confidential personal or business documents. This Policy explains, in simple terms, what information we may collect, why we use it, with whom we may share it, and the choices available to you.

This Policy is intended to reflect our current startup-stage operations. We do not claim to have a separate legal department, privacy department, data-protection office, enterprise security team or certifications that we do not actually maintain.

Information We May Collect

Depending on the service you request, we may collect only the information reasonably needed to understand, quote, deliver, support or document that service. This may include:

  • Name, phone number, email, address and account/login details.
  • Business information such as entity name, GSTIN, CIN/LLPIN, PAN/TAN, business address, directors/partners and service requirements.
  • Identity or KYC documents such as PAN, Aadhaar or address proof where genuinely required for a service or filing.
  • Tax, accounting, banking, payroll, legal, corporate, licence, intellectual-property, audit, due-diligence or other professional documents supplied by you.
  • Documents and files uploaded through the dashboard, email or other approved channel.
  • Payment, invoice and refund information. Payment gateways generally process full card/UPI credentials directly; SolveItIndia should not ask you to share card PINs, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs.
  • Communications with us, including emails, WhatsApp messages, support requests, notes and feedback.
  • Basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device information and logs generated when you use our website or dashboard.
3

Why We Use Your Information

  • To respond to enquiries and recommend or quote the relevant service.
  • To create and manage your account, service request, case or dashboard record.
  • To review documents, prepare drafts, coordinate work and deliver the requested service.
  • To share necessary information with the CA, CS, advocate, accountant, auditor, consultant, filing professional or other service partner assigned to your work.
  • To submit information to government, regulatory, banking, payment or other portals where the service requires it and you have authorised the activity.
  • To process payments, invoices, refunds and accounting records.
  • To communicate status, document requests, reminders, service updates and support information.
  • To prevent misuse, investigate complaints, comply with law and protect SolveItIndia, its users and service partners.
4

Confidential Documents and Dashboard

Your documents may include confidential personal and business information. Please upload only documents that are relevant to the service. Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, private cryptographic keys or unrelated confidential files.

Where the dashboard or document-upload facility is available, we intend it to be the preferred place for service documents. Access should be limited to persons who reasonably need the information for service delivery, support, billing, compliance or troubleshooting. Because SolveItIndia is still building its infrastructure, the exact technical controls may change as the platform develops.

5

Sharing With Professionals and Service Providers

We may share relevant information only to the extent reasonably necessary with:

  • Assigned or selected professionals such as CAs, CSs, advocates, lawyers, accountants, auditors, consultants, valuers or other specialists.
  • Technology and operational providers used for hosting, cloud storage, email, messaging, payments, analytics, customer support or similar functions.
  • Government departments, regulators, courts, banks, filing portals or other authorities where the requested service or applicable law requires disclosure.
  • Professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights or investigate fraud, misuse or security incidents.

We do not sell or rent customer personal data or confidential customer documents as a business model.

7

Security

We use reasonable and practical safeguards appropriate to our current size, systems and the sensitivity of the information we handle. These may include limiting access to relevant persons, using protected user/admin accounts, secure website connections and reputable hosting/payment/communication providers, and keeping confidential documents away from public pages. We continue to improve these safeguards as the platform grows.

No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, meet tax/accounting/professional obligations, or comply with applicable law. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to technical backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.

You may request deletion of information that is no longer required. We may decline or delay deletion where we are legally or contractually required to retain records, where a transaction or dispute is still open, or where retention is reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal rights.

9

Cookies, Analytics and Communications

Our website may use basic cookies, logs and analytics tools to keep the site functioning, understand usage and improve performance. We may contact you by phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS or dashboard notifications about an enquiry, active service, payment, document request or important account update. Optional promotional communications may be stopped by replying, using an unsubscribe option where provided, or contacting us.

10

Your Choices and Requests

Subject to applicable law and the nature of the service, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm or provide information about personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update inaccurate information.
  • Delete information that is no longer required and is not subject to a lawful retention requirement.
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing.
  • Stop promotional communications.
  • Raise a privacy or data-handling complaint.

We may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting on a request involving confidential information.
