Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of solveitindia.com, the SolveItIndia dashboard and any professional service you request through them. SolveItIndia is operated by Synckraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, creating an account or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform or request a service.

2

What SolveItIndia Is and Is Not

SolveItIndia is a professional-services platform. We help you understand what a requirement involves, quote for it, and then deliver or coordinate the work — in many cases through qualified professionals such as chartered accountants, company secretaries, advocates, auditors and other specialists.

  • We are not a law firm, a chartered accountancy firm or an audit firm, and using the platform does not by itself create an advocate-client or auditor-client relationship.
  • Content on the website, including guides, articles, search tools and AI-generated output, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice for your specific situation.
  • Where a service requires a qualified professional, the professional work is performed by or under the supervision of a suitably qualified person.
  • You should not act on general website content without obtaining advice for your own facts.
3

AI-Assisted Search and Free Tools

The platform offers free tools such as trademark class finding, name generation, company search and director lookup. These use automated systems, including AI models, and public or third-party data sources.

  • Results are indicative only and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are not a clearance opinion, a registrability opinion or a substitute for an official search.
  • A name or class shown as available may still be objected to, opposed or refused by the relevant registry.
  • Data drawn from government or third-party sources is reproduced as we receive it. We do not warrant its accuracy or completeness.
  • These tools are rate limited and provided for genuine individual use. Automated scraping, bulk querying or resale of the output is not permitted.
4

Your Account and Your Information

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you give us, and for having the authority to share information about other people.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
  • You agree not to submit false, forged, misleading or unlawfully obtained documents, and not to ask us to make a filing you know to be incorrect.
  • If information you provide is missing, incorrect or late, the service may be paused and timelines may change. Refund treatment in that situation is covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
5

Service Scope, Timelines and Outcomes

What is included in a service is what is described in the quotation, package or written confirmation for that service. Work outside that scope may be quoted separately.

  • Timelines given are estimates. Many services depend on government portals, officers, banks, registries and other authorities whose processing times we do not control.
  • We do not guarantee any particular outcome — an approval, registration, licence, refund, allotment or decision — because those decisions rest with the relevant authority.
  • A query, objection, rejection or resubmission requirement is a normal part of many filings and does not by itself mean the service was deficient.
  • If a material error is clearly attributable to SolveItIndia, we will correct, redo, credit or refund as appropriate, in line with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6

Fees, Payments and Taxes

  • Professional fees and, where shown, indicative government fees are quoted before you pay. Government, statutory and third-party charges are set by the relevant authority and can change without notice.
  • Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be revised. The amount confirmed for your specific service is the amount that applies.
  • Applicable taxes are charged as required by law.
  • Payments are collected through third-party payment gateways. We do not ask for and should never be given your card PIN, UPI PIN, passwords or OTPs.
  • Work normally begins after the agreed payment is received, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations and refunds are governed entirely by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7

Acceptable Use

When using the website or dashboard, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to further fraud, money laundering, tax evasion or impersonation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, server or data, or to probe, scan or test the security of the platform.
  • Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or automate access to the site or its tools, or resell or redistribute their output.
  • Upload malware, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or place an unreasonable load on it.

We may suspend or discontinue access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached, or where continuing would expose us or a third party to legal risk.

8

Intellectual Property

The SolveItIndia name, logo, website design, text, tools and other platform content belong to Synckraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Documents and information you supply remain yours. You grant us the limited right to use them for the purpose of quoting for, delivering, supporting and recording the service you have requested. Deliverables prepared specifically for you become yours on full payment for the relevant service, other than any underlying templates, know-how and tooling, which remain ours.

9

Professionals, Third Parties and External Links

Some work is performed by independent professionals and service partners. They are responsible for their own professional conduct, registration and any statutory obligations that attach to their qualification.

The website links to government portals, payment providers and other external services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

10

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website, dashboard and free tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.

  • We are not liable for loss caused by government or third-party delay, rejection or change in law, procedure or fee.
  • We are not liable for loss caused by information or documents you supplied that were incorrect, incomplete or late.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the professional fees you actually paid to SolveItIndia for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

11

Suspension, Termination and Changes

You may stop using the platform at any time. Cancelling a paid service is dealt with under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached, where a payment is not made, where required by law, or where we reasonably believe continuing would create legal or security risk.

We may change the platform, its services and these Terms as our business, vendors or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on our website with the updated date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

12

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights a consumer has to approach a consumer forum with jurisdiction over them, the courts at Amravati, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please raise the matter with us using the contact details below so we have a fair opportunity to resolve it.
