About this Policy

SolveItIndia is an early-stage professional-services platform operated by Synckraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We provide and coordinate services that may involve consultation, document review, drafting, filing, registrations, compliance, tax, accounting, legal, intellectual-property, audit, advisory, digital and other professional work.

Because professional services are performed in stages and may involve government departments, portals, professionals and other third parties, refunds depend on how much work has already been completed and whether any external fees have already been paid.

This Policy is intended to be fair and transparent. It does not reduce any rights or remedies that a customer may have under applicable Indian law.

2

Our Basic Refund Principle

If you cancel before work has started and no government or third-party cost has been incurred, we will normally provide a full refund of the amount paid for that service.

Once work has started, any refund will be assessed according to the stage reached, work already performed, professional time used, and non-recoverable government or third-party charges. We will explain any deduction made from an approved refund.

3

Cancellation of a Service

  • You may request cancellation by email, phone or through the dashboard/support channel, where available.
  • A cancellation request is not automatically the same as a full-refund request once work has begun.
  • If the service has not started, cancellation is normally eligible for a full refund.
  • If the service has started, we may refund only the unconsumed portion after deducting reasonable value for work already completed and any non-recoverable external cost.
  • We do not impose a separate cancellation fee unless it was clearly disclosed before payment and is permitted by applicable law.
4

Refund Eligibility by Service Stage

Stage

Payment received; work not started

Typical refund position

Normally full refund

What this means

No substantive work or external fee has been incurred.

Stage

Onboarding / document review started

Typical refund position

Full or partial refund depending on work

What this means

We may deduct only for work actually performed or committed.

Stage

Drafting / consultation / expert work underway

Typical refund position

Usually partial refund

What this means

Professional time or deliverables already used may be charged.

Stage

Application/filing submitted or third-party fee paid

Typical refund position

Usually limited or no refund for consumed part

What this means

Government/statutory/third-party amounts and substantially completed work may not be recoverable.

Stage

Service completed / deliverable supplied

Typical refund position

Normally no refund

What this means

If there is a genuine SolveItIndia service deficiency, we may correct, redo, credit or refund as appropriate.

5

Amounts That May Not Be Refundable

The following amounts may be non-refundable once they have actually been incurred, paid or substantially consumed:

  • Government fees, statutory fees, stamp duty, filing fees or portal charges paid to an authority.
  • DSC, notary, apostille, courier, verification, licence, certification or similar third-party charges.
  • Fees for consultation, drafting, document review, accounting, audit, legal or other professional work already completed.
  • Custom work, reports, designs, documents or deliverables already prepared specifically for the customer.
  • Any other third-party cost clearly disclosed before it is incurred on the customer’s behalf.

If a third-party amount is later refunded to SolveItIndia, we will pass on the amount that is actually received for the customer, subject to any lawful adjustment.

6

Government Delays, Queries, Rejections and Customer-Side Delays

Many SolveItIndia services depend on government portals, officers, banks, professional bodies, registries or other external authorities. Final approval, registration, licence, refund or decision is not guaranteed merely because SolveItIndia has accepted the service.

  • A government or third-party delay does not automatically create a right to a refund where the agreed SolveItIndia work has already been performed correctly.
  • A rejection, objection, query or resubmission requirement does not automatically mean the original service was deficient. Any reply, refiling, appeal, hearing or additional work will depend on the package purchased and the reason for the issue.
  • If a delay or failure is caused by missing, incorrect or late information/documents from the customer, the service may be paused and refund eligibility will be assessed based on work already performed.
  • If a material error is clearly attributable to SolveItIndia, we may provide correction, rework, service credit, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances.
7

Duplicate, Failed or Incorrect Payments

If the same payment is charged more than once, or we receive money for a transaction that should not have been collected, please contact us with the payment reference. Once verified, the excess amount will be refunded.

For failed or pending transactions where the amount was debited but not received by SolveItIndia, the payment gateway or bank may automatically reverse the amount. We may ask you to wait for the normal banking reversal period or contact the payment provider where appropriate.

8

Packages, Bundles, Subscriptions and Retainers

Where several services are sold as a package or bundle, any refund will be calculated against the amount actually paid and the portion of the package already delivered or committed. We will not artificially inflate the value of completed items only to avoid a refund.

For recurring or retainer services, cancellation normally stops future service periods. Amounts for a period already delivered, substantially performed or committed may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9

How to Request a Refund

Please send your refund or cancellation request with your name, registered phone/email, service name, order or payment reference, reason for the request and any supporting information. We may ask for reasonable details needed to verify the transaction.

We aim to review a complete refund request within 7 working days. If approved, we will normally initiate the refund within 7 working days after approval. The bank, card network, UPI provider or payment gateway may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.

Where applicable under Indian consumer-protection rules for e-commerce, customer grievances will be acknowledged within the legally prescribed period and handled within the applicable grievance-redressal timeline.
